When using variables with fallbacks, if the fallback text includes an apostrophe character ', the bot fails to identify the variable as a variable and doesn't replace it by the variable content. See attached images
If the quote is removed, or replaced by a different character such as this quotation mark ’, the variable works correctly.
Another character that causes the same problem is the back tick `.
