Switched between DM on & off, in the off state the custom command sends to the ticket just fine. In the on state no DM received. DMs open no issue receiving transcripts etc from TT Gold.

Neither does it close the ticket after 24h.. when I set it to automatically close after 24h if the ticket creator doesn't respond
