i had an issus when i send the panel the bot encounter an error. the message is the following: "Failed to send : acces denied (ticket tool doesn't have permission to view or send into this channel )".
The same message appears for all my channels and the bot has all the necessary authorizations.
I remoove the bot twice, reassign permissions twice but nothing change !
I don't know what to do...
