We have been using transcripts for some time with no issue. However, we noticed using threads was an option. I created 6 threads and updated our configuration to auto send the transcripts to those threads. However, this is not working. It is not sending to the thread. Interestingly, if I click the Transcript button from the ticket channel, it DOES create the transcript in the thread. So it "sees" the thread.
Are threads just not supported and I need to revert this?
