One of my mods of my server report earlier today an issue where he can see a ticket open, although he cannot see it on the desktop version, he can access on it on his mobile which seems to load infinitely. Unsure if it's due to his dicsord lagging or a ticket issue. Members and other mods including me cannot see that specific channel he sees.
