Not sure if this is a bug or not, tbh, but couldn't find any info on it anywhere.
When creating a new ticket via command style ticket creation, the tickets always create solo, and don't go to the categories they're assigned.
For instance, we have starter kits available to those who play on our game server, so the starter request ticket should go over to the registration category when created, however it just appears up top.
