The command $panelmessage has a dashboard link that goes to https://tickettool.xyz/dashboard instead of https://tickettool.xyz/manage-servers.

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Edit Panel Message
