If you make a dropdown menu and you use text as emoji (:one: instead of 1️⃣) the message will send with an error, which is fine but the error you receive on the dashboard seems to be incorrect.
The error you get at the dashboard, while the context is sending. Is it possible to change the error on the dashboard and eventually not send the message if there is an invalid emoji?

Maybe Because, Your have your discord chanel Privete for ticket not to enter.
You have go to Settings>Permissons> Add Ticket tool> Make sure ticket tool has View Channel and Send Messages to channel.

To the error? Just fixing the emoji, to the error on the dashboard, it's been known for a time now and there are plans on improving error handling but for now the fix is simple as making sure the emoji is valid
