#/new fallback message has a wrong URL redirect

We experienced 2 different occasions of outages, both the bot and the website, the previous few days, noticeably when you reported this. Please attempt to log out completely from your dashboard and log back in.
Ok, are you the only person getting this error that has access to the dashboard?
People with administrator on the server, the owner of the server, and any roles you have configured on the dashboard all have access to configure Ticket Tool in your server/access to your servers dashboard.
If there is someone with one of the 3 requirements above, have them attempt to save the setting as you want to be configured to your liking.
Typically that is against the rules, but Ill allow you to ping me once through here with your response.

We recently discovered there's a bug with this
Remove the extra /
Try this one instead
The /new fallback message is sending you to a broken version and makes it impossible to save it
Yup, that's the one that has the wrong URL
It should be fixed soon, just know you can use the proper URL and should work properly
