Wait. Are you saying the user clicks on the same option agan and Ticket Tool says You don't have permissions to use this again?

no what im saying is if they have the blacklisted role and try to open a ticket the menu doesnt reset
And if they don't have the blacklisted role the menu does reset?
therefore if they get the role removed they cant open that type of ticket
I remember having a issue with the menu not resetting or taking awhile to reset and battle decided to make it so the menu resets after a short time....
but if the user has a blacklisted role and attempts to open a ticket the menu doesnt reset
the menu should reset regardless if they have a blacklisted role or not incase the role ever gets removed but yeah its not resetting if a ticket is not opened cause of the blacklisted role

i assume the same thing happens if a ticket type has an allowed role assigned to it and the user doesnt have the role but i did not test that
Just tested and yes the same is true if a ticket type has allowed roles assigned to it and the user doesnt have the role the menu doesnt reset
so basically if a ticket isnt created the menu doesnt reset
Did you test with a user that is allowed to create a ticket normally?
