Please keep in mind that all of your support team members are volunteers and do this on the side. We all have a personal life and don't handle tickets 24/7.

That being said, your ticket was only open for 1½ hours. If you need support, you do need to be a bit more patient than that. Not even English support tickets are guaranteed to get an answer in that time
