[Pending] Dashboard channel order

Not sure if you done it like that or it's a bug but when i use sapphire for example i see all the channels by the same order from the top to the bottom and when i came to the ticket.tool dashboard it's all mass like they not in same order and i have 9 languages some of them same name so i don't know to what channel to send it and i just send it to all of them untill it's catch the right one.

Does this issue happend to someone else or only i have it ?

Sapphire i use for other stuff not with ticket.tool 🙂 it's just when i send message template via sapphire all the channels go by same order so it's easy for me just to send the message quickly.

So your channel selection on the dashboard appears to not reflect the order of the server channels?

Yeah exacttley, i also saw it happens to @torn lake and i gusse to other.
For me it's very important since i have few channels same name when i say few i talking about 9. so he gave me a tip that i can "You could temporarily rename them, like channelname, channelname2, channelname3"
So for now i'll have to work like that.
But i suggest will be really better if you can fix that issue or improve it 🙂

Yeah this for example, I can tell you that this is definitely not how everything is ordered on the server

I am not quite sure if that is intended behavior or not, and if its not I can make a suggestion, I will double check though.

It's consistent, it doesn't change upon reloads so it's being ordered in some way, just not sure what way

Well i thought it's ordered by mass so i sent it to all the channels and worte a number before. then i came back and it's changed again so bruh i don't know any more that's why i gonna use this method for now: "You could temporarily rename them, like channelname, channelname2, channelname3"

@junior forge Swift and I dont seem to know if the channel order in the dashboard is intended behavior or not, basically doesnt sync with the server channel order.

@timid moat So this is indeed ¨intended¨, more as time simply has not been taken to do said organization, so it just appears as it loads as is. Sapphire of course took the time to do the syncing of the channel order, however it hasnt been of a priority to our developer to sync channel orders.

Gotcha but it's something he can consider it will help to a lot of big server in my view 🙂
