I have tried to use the claim command multiple times (with it enabled) and not been able to use it. I am using the free trial, and have the feature enable, but the bot says that claiming is not enabled.

This is likely not a bug. The /claim command is enabled by default, but the claiming feature is not. It's likely that you didn't enable the claiming feature. It is enabled in the Panel Configs -> Claiming menu.
