Unclaim Another Support Members Ticket

Steps to reproduce:
Have another member in your support team claim a ticket. You can then unclaim the ticket for them using $unclaim command. You can then claim the ticket for yourself.

Expected Behaviour:
You should not be able to unclaim a ticket that you do not already have claimed.

Actual Behaviour:
You can unclaim someone else’s already claimed ticket. Then claim it for yourself. Ticket tool will show an embed saying that you unclaimed the ticket.

Hm yes, this is a bug indeed. I can reproduce.

I tried clicking on the "claim" button on one of my colleague's claimed tickets and this showed up.
