This is an issue that occurred between 11:05pm ET and 11:35pm ET. I successfully had a ticket save its transcript to the appropriate channel at 11:05pm ET but by 11:35pm ET when trying to save the transcript of another ticket, I had the transcript show-up inside the ticket itself.

Following the instructions of the help command everything is still set like it should be but as OP said it started posting the transcript into the ticket itself not too long ago

try taking a look at the prev forum post, i had this issue as well but i ran /setup and just followed to reselect the transcript channel and saved it within my server itself and it worked!
actually i think the prev post is something different
but for me i had this exact issue and i just did the /setup and it helped 😄

yeah i tried that as well and it still shows the channel it should be, but when going back into the select a channel menu that #moderator-only does not appear even though i made sure the bots permissions were allowed to that specific channel
