It works when i do /panel 1 and then click the button to open a ticket, but when i run the command its still the default form.

the command /new pops up the default form, but when the ticket is created, the customized questions appear. note the second screenshot. 'test 1' appears for the first question but the second question is blank as there is no second question on the default form.
