When you use the Set Count feature in the dashboard, the number displayed in the Set Count menu becomes unlinked from the actual ticket count.
Example:
My current ticket count is 6.
I wish to reset the count, so i set it to 0.
I create a new ticket and confirm that it's #0001.
I press the Set Count button in the dashboard. The count is still 6.
I reload the dashboard and look again. The count is still 6.
I log out and log back in, then look again. The count is still 6.
I set the count to 240.
I create a new ticket and confirm that it's #0241.
I look in the dashboard again. The count is still 6.
