the new form setup is completely broken for me. i cannot get rid of this extra question, i cannot add content to it, i can add new forms and i can remove other forms but this one empty form entry is stuck there and its driving me up the fukin wall

rebuilding the entire panel seems to have worked, but now the form is sending in a really messed up format as an auto embed
i think its cuz they pressed enter at the end of form 2, which set the code block ` to the next line down, causing a format break. would be cool to make sure this doesnt happen cuz this was the very first ticket made with the form system that ive tried and immediately someone messed up the formatting. i can see this becoming a consistency
