I wanted to remove a panel to place an order, which I did
but the form style that works with the panel, does not work when the ticket is opened via the ticket command, and the answer boxes are empty at the reception.

That's not a bug. Forms don't work with command-style tickets, only with buttons and dropdown menus. This is because only element interactions can make a form appear. You can't make a form appear by sending a text message.

One solution would be to make a note in the Command Style menu that forms don't work with command style tickets.
