Hi Josiah, thank you for your efforts.
Ticket tool helps us alot in our daily activity. We had to stop our server's ticket system because of this bug.
I would really appreciate if this gets fixed within a week or so.

oh so if our staff use / command to add clients in the ticket then they will be able to add users and they can view channel as well?

I'm trying to reproduce this issue, but all my tests show as working

I'm guessing it has something to do with a permission check, where the bot thinks it needs a permission and doesn't have it

That would explain why it's a bit harder to reproduce

yeah i added to my thread that if i have admin it works if i dont it doesnt

If a normal non-admin user with add perms on tt dashboard tries to add anyone in the ticket, then the added user doesnt get view channel permission in the ticket.
If a server admin tries the same, then the added user is able to view ticket

I've pretty much reverted it to the old method so it should work the same as before.
