Auto display form results between Panel

Description: A problem that the bot doesn't refresh Auto display form results setting (ADFR) when switch to another panel. The first panel has the ADFR turned on, the second panel has the ADFR turned off.

Image 3: Second page after refreshed the page

Steps to Reproduce: Dashboard -> Panel Config -> Forms -> Choose the first panel -> Choose the second panel -> Refresh the page

Expected Result: ADFR changes from on to off. And still off after refresh the page.

Actual Result: ADFR still keep the status on. And show status off after refresh the page
