I have been trying to update the count of one of my panels, and after I update it and it shows 13 on the dashboard, and then use the physical update button to copy and paste the panel message link, and then save that, and then go through with opening a new ticket within the panel, the count is like 18 now, when It should be 14.

Hmm, yeah.. I made a change that is affecting this
