This is known and will be looked into.
This is due to our new panel using a new set of configs in order to use multiple embeds.

Since Battle hasn't mark this issue as solved as he has done with other issues, I asume he's still working on it

So there's nothing to actually fix, unfortunately.
If you switched back and forth between the two panel versions types there is going to be inconsistencies
Tomorrow the old panel editor will be removed
That will prevent any future issues with this.
