for exploration i highly recommend yelan + sayu if u have them

they literally go zoomies in sumeru dessert and it's just fun

paired them up with nahida and kuki and i have myself my hyperbloom team

for abyss, exp wise i'd say the raiden national team (raiden, xingqiu, xiangling and bennett)
