Really if u just practice and do more pushups, that’s how u get better at them
If it makes u easier then keep both legs on the ground and just push up ur upper body if that makes sense
Like Dal said, there really isnt any substitude for practice, time, consistency for strength building unfortunately 😶. However, what helped me to get better at push-ups is learning how to engage my core. Engaging your core isn't just sucking your belly in, but you are flexing your ab muscles to stabilize your body against gravity so it's not just your pure arm muscles doing all the work. You also need to engage your leg muscles (bc how else will you keep your legs up). It's a full body exercise really. But that's what helped me make push-ups easier
