The /enchant command was horrible so I improved it

Whenever I want to mess about in minecraft, such as enchanting stuff beyond limits, I have to deal with commands which no-one can figure out. So to solve. this, I removed the limits of the /enchant command, so I can do whatever the f*** I want.

This is vanilla friendly as it is only obtainable by commands, and the anvil cap feature is turned off by default (don't even know if it's working lol)

This is really cool I've always wanted to have higher enchants. Is it clientside or does it have to be on the server?

Also what is the enchant limit now? 255? 32767?
