so that trees and crops grow when sleeping
also maybe furnaces too
but not game ticks so not like sleepwarp or any of the others
and maybe also not affecting redstone directly

and dripstones lava thingi idk if it does the same with water

It does random ticks and block entity ticks for loaded chunks, but i havent tested it a whole bunch so let me know if its broken (and if anyone looks at the code i welcome critique as the implementation might not be the greatest))
