you're hitting a breakpoint, you can continue by clicking this
sorry for the AWFUL quality but you should be able to understand it lol
if you're not sure if your code is being run, instead of closing the game, adding a print and reopening you can click the line number of the code you wanna hit, and if that bit of code runs the debugger will pause the game
