Hi everyone!
I have a small and fun mod idea and I’m looking for someone who might be interested in making it (for free, as practice or portfolio).
👉 The idea:
Add the ability to tame a Strider, just like wolves or cats.
Feeding them with warped fungus (or another item) would make them tame.
A tamed Strider could:
Follow the player when on land,
Stay near you when idle (like a pet),
Be mountable with a saddle, but only if tamed.
Additionally, it would be awesome if the mod included a simple guide on how to add translations (localization). For example, showing where the lang files are located and how to add new languages (like Russian, Spanish, etc.). That way, the community could easily translate the mod into other languages.
It’s a small, simple feature, but I think it could add a lot of fun to the Nether.
If anyone wants to try implementing this, I’d be super grateful! 🙏
