where to start? Fabric Documenatation?

I want to learn Fabric modding but I'm not sure where to start. I already have programming experience I'm mainly looking for learning resources.

Which one should I use? (What is the differnce?)

And how can I learn the Fabric API more deeply? Is there a good focumentation a
