Id love to see someone make a mod where the hud selected box texture is always in the middle and all other slots beside it shrink by a pixel and scrolling moves the items in the hotbar over to the left by 1 or 2 instead of scrolling through them, sorta like the skin selection screen on legacy console but items
So like scrolling the hotbar instead of the selector

and it would be cool if it could scroll through your entire inventory only showing the items beside the one selected at a time
almost how the original xboxs settings bars rotated around the x logo

but have it centred to the 5th slot
and every hotbar slot each side taper down 1 pixel smaller the further from the middle
ie slot 4 and 6 are 1 pixel shorter and thinner
3 and 7 are 2
