Mod that reverts MC-152728

As this bug report suggests, reverting the sprint momentum reset upon hitting any entities or gliding with an elytra in 1.21.4.

If this mod can be made server-side, that would be amazing, as it would let others glide like before

@half wadi lmk if this works, you need the mod client-side to fix the gliding unfortunately cuz of how the games code works
