I want to be able to use some bta features in modern minecraft, for personal use obviously.

would be:

  1. trommel, you put blocks as dirt and it gives you varied loot.
    with the possibility of configuring the loot and the blocks that can be used (ANY block)

  2. the new food system, each food heals at different speeds, if you combine 2 different foods both heal at the same time (health, not hunger, to use it with nostalgic tweaks) and have the possibility to use foods from other mods, configure them (eg. farmer's delight) and give potion effects.

It has 4 block slots and 1 carbon slot, and ejects items upwards like a dropper.
