I wanna make an item that is a chestplate and an elytra, with both being rendered. No idea where to begin, I tried looking at some pre-existing mods but they had a ton of other stuff like multi-platforming (fabric,forge,etc) and datapack compatability and I was just getting lost so yeah would love some help on diving into this!

Not sure if this mod does the rendering portion but it does add the ability to combine an elytra with a chestplate
