Make tiny potato replace rotten potatoes and allow for the new tiny potato to be placeable! (Can also be placed in clusters of 2,3, 4, and 5!, with the 5th tiny potato being placed on top of the previous 4)

Also allow for tiny potato to be placeable on dogs, cats, and flower pots
