Done from scratch in 1.20. There's so much more to say about what this block does within the context of Better Than Wolves, but I'll keep it simple.

Hopefully you're the one who finally does it, we've had dozens of people coming in and saying they were porting BTW to modern MC over the years, before they realize just how much time and effort it would take 😅

Hey, great to hear from you! I've actually been rewatching your LP series lately.
I know it's a ton of work, and who knows if I'll be able to see it through, but I'm comforted by my decision to work my way through the updates to the mod, ending at roughly where I stopped playing back in 2012. Some of the updates that started happening after that are both less exciting for me as a player, and they seem more difficult to do as a modder. Still a ton of work up to that point, but it's been a really fun project so far.

oh btw, if you didn't know about it, there's also the Better With Mods mod (uh), that ported most of BTW blocks to later version, maybe it can help in your project
