ScrewTheNether port for Fabric 1.20.1

Hiya! This mod was really useful for making skyblock packs as it maintained biome distribution and structure bounding boxes, and I was wondering if anyone would be up for porting it/remaking something similar for Fabric 1.20.1.

Bonus points if the platform around the Nether-side portal can be customised (from the default tiny obsidian platform) 😄

Can't be ported (legally), it's ARR. Protosky does this, but for all dimensions if you're interested.
(Also it's MIT so a fork that only affects the nether would be easier)
