Is there a mod that allows running independent worlds (in the sense that the TPS of one world won't affect the other's TPS)? By world I mean 3 dimensions that allow entities to go from one another: overworld, nether and end (exactly like vanilla), but any 2 worlds can only be accessed by players.

However this still makes the lowest dimension's TPS the same as all of the others. This will ensure there is no desync between dimensions.
