#H.U.D that Displays Damage Dealt/Received [MC: 1.21.3, CLIENT]

I need a simple client-sided mod that tells me the damage I deal & recieve. If I take Damage it will say EG: "-1H.P". But if I deal damage, then it will say EG: "1🗡️ ".

If anyone could create this mod, then the game requirements are in this post's title.
