A version, plugin or mod that allows for bedrock/Snowstorm particles to work with Fabric Java 1.20.
Snowstorm makes custom particles easier, (GUI) would definitely be efficient for java modding.
Having one actually see the particles and working on it etc in a program, and adjusting them to purpose.
(Like blockbench does for voxels etc)
