Right clicking an Enchanting Table with Soapy Soap gives you Mystical Residue.
Right click on an item in your inventory with Mystical Residue to upgrade a random enchantment on it. The enchantment will always be capped at 10 and it can upgrade any enchantment on the item, even ones that wouldn't be affected by a level change.

really interesting and cool concept, but idrk what it has to do with soap lol
