Anyone encounter an issue where you just randomly give your dragon away to someone? My character is definitely still alive, but he gave his dragon to a newborn Prince Rhaegar and I can't get it back. I'm not even a claimant for it anymore, and I'm the one who hatched the damn thing.

Easy solution in that case, get someone of valyrian blood to marry into your house, get a few kids and boom.... you got some dragons. Oh and if you want to make it permanent for your house should give the "embrace valyrian heritage" submod an add to it.

And then boom your a valyrian house and westeros won't know what's coming for them.

Gonna re-do my custom Valyrian character, bastard branch of House Targaryen in the Riverlands. Start in Rippledown Rill because I'm pretty sure House Ryn is non-canon. Marry either a woman from Essos, House Velaryon, or Celtigar. Take Harrenhall from the Whetts, rebuild it, then take the Lord Paramouncy from House Tully. The River Dragons Shall Rise!

Roleplayin it as King Aerys II bastard son whom he sired on a Riverlands tour, never really gave a toss about em, but Prince Rhaegar kept in touch. Gonna be starting after Bobby Bs Rebellion so roleplay was, do I wanna avenge my family, or leave the old dragon house in the past and make my own legacy

Why not both, avenge them just for the sake of family and then let them rest in history and begin a new legendary dragon dynasty for all to bend to.

Even Hatching them is a risk. You should hatch a maximum of 6 dragon and not having too much alive.

Off course, you keep the eggs in the equivalent of the iron bank of bravos in dragon pit, near some lava veins to preserve them, but still

With A rule like "Two dragons need to be riderless except for extreme occasions" just to be extra sure to preserve the species

I did, on the CK2 version of this mod, something like this after the conquest, and i only needed to dance one time, with my foolish second sons against the second rider of ballirion.

Hello everyone, I have a question: Now we have a family of 5 people and everyone has a dragon 1 mother 1 father 3 boys, I play the first born child of the father's heir, I have a dragon. Now there is a problem, the father died while the mother was pregnant with the 4th child, and the father's dragon was passed on to the 2nd child after me. That is, the child had 2 dragons in his inventory and you cannot buy any of them, it immediately returns to his inventory. Later, when the 4th child was born and grew up, this child was not adopted by his father.
Instead of taking his dragon, he went and took the dragon that was placed in the 2nd child's cradle. And your father's dragon stays with the second child. Or when I had a son and I didn't put an egg in his cradle, he took my dragon and I was left without a dragon. This is what happened. My question is, shouldn't these drivers be able to bond with their dragons? How can the dragon that I put in its crib and tie to it go away because someone else wants it, or how can my child get my dragon? I'm wondering if my game was loading... I apparently had like 50 cloud saves loading, that I thought I had removed, from 2018

and just froze. I did the steam cloud save trick, and removed them all, and now i've been able to load. Checking mods 2x2

I'm betting the various different mods all of them were for was slowing my load even more. The errors trying to find them, etc.

Just having two adult dragons in the form of mine and danys (white drogon lol) has made it so fun to go to war against larger armies, I pressed Rhaenys claim to Dorne and won against Renly’s armies because I had both me and Dany on the field with our adult dragons. We absolutely swept the enemy armies aside. And upon putting Rhaenys on the dornish throne I gifted her a dragon lol

you can do it if you have debug on so open console -> explore objects -> provider: click artifacts (in area under this tab input has_variable = dragon_id and then hit apply) -> click dragon you wish to age up -> script variables -> find the variable that says dragon_age and just input whatever age you want it to be

Ok if ur a child of a Targaryen mother that is HIGH Valyrian u and ur son can hatch dragons but of ur mother or father is west or anything else that’s a down grade high Valyrian only u and ur siblings can hatch eggs and not ur kids

If it was the older version before the update then y’all u just need to be a Valyrian descend within 5 generations
