Just released a update for MBR + AGOT which is a fork of MBR that changes the compatch to a mod, so you no longer need to load MBR as a requirement.

This will allow MBR + AGOT to continue to work while AGOT lags behind vanilla as will happen on Monday with the pending Legends update AGOTlogo

No MBR is not compatible with COW3.
