Clear Sky wants to co-exist with the Zone, yet we don't even know if they've heard about Shamans
Bandits try to bleed stalkers dry by taxing them, using loanshark methods, having Stalkers fish artifacts from anomalies, etc.
Renegades will mug and kill anyone for loot
Military also taxes other Stalkers and kill them when they get the order
Ecologists send Stalkers to their death, due to them underestimating the Zone
Shamans do co-exist with the Zone, but they don't fight against those who anger it.
