I stopped the playthrough not so far from the end, at Volazaar's last stash because of broken game. Recurrent CTD's when approaching Yanov station. No way to play the 🐦 golubchik🐦 around the map without systematic CTD. Beside, I failed the Missing Expedition story line, time ago, because of missing Ash's PDA, hence no possibility to obtain the Golden Chunks needed for reviving Fenrir. So I am just replaying some old saves for vids and screenies for my OP-dedicated server and YT, while waiting for 2.2. (And, ofc, still looking for that sneakyLaborant Sidorov 😋 ) I just hope I will not make it a mess, as I did with 2.1 ))
Btw, any news about 2.2 ?

@median mountain Yeah, so does me. But no ports here, we want to make almost everything possible from scratch. Its something i wanted to make since i started playing stalker +10 years ago. But its not really a remake, we might change the name, its more focused in the misery mod. We want to make a realistic survival in the zon, with new mechanics, locations, and revamps of locations, animations as well. Its a pretty big project, we have big plans for it
Everything will be animated as well, such as putting masks and suits
And obviously free, i want every stalker to play it and have fun with it. That's my dream

@median mountain Well, realistic as it can be, im pretty much inspired by mods such as A.R.E.A in terms of survival. But we have our own plans of course. Its a lot of work since we are two people working on the project, a friend of mine who handles the programming part, and me, who does the animations, maps, items. Etc... But we will get there. Im also using the weapon models from TAZ, with permission from mp5ngl, the Hands Project mods, as well as some remastered 3d models mod, we cant do all obviously haha, but im pretty excited with the project, we have big plans and hopes

Some older cars have a "Choke" on them that changes the fuel mix, you'd engage it (usually pulling on a lever) when starting the engine then disengage it once it's started, my Dad's old Volvo had one. Modern cars do this automatically. 👍
