Question about the uniforms. All the factions have their own except for Loners? Why? I put on Clear Sky suit and I'm recognized as Clear Sky. Will that mabey change in S2? I would like to be recognized as a Loner in the game.

I you check out Toska HD models (I use it in CoM call of misery) all factions look incredible with that.

Liners don’t have their own “outfit” because loners are not a faction. It’s in their name. They are just random, not centered around one faction groups of people

Save for maybe cordon, where they were loosely considered to be apart of the same group

In CoC, there's this old dude in red forest that can upgrade weapons and outfits without bringing him tools. Is it more expensive to upgrade from him or it's better to get tools for others and buy upgrades from them?

The "get me tools" quests are almost impossible to complete. The tools kits are scattered so randomly it's very difficult to complete. I use the spawn menu to spawn them in

Basically in CoC mod, to get all the tools, just do a bunch of missions. You want to unlock alot of Stashes. this is where your going to find your toolkits. but yeah same as above said buying from forester is (the loner in red forest) is expensive as hell, especially in CoM (Call of Misery).

Just rack up a bunch of stashes, and go check them out. I don't play CoC anymore because I moved to CoM, but in my playthrough I always seem to get a crap load of the lvl 2 toolkits and like a single lvl 3 toolkit. But I cant find the lvl 1 toolkit, and you cant give lvl 2 and lvl 3 to the techs without lvl 1 toolkit. very frustrating xd

After going on a bunch of runs to stashes however I was able to complete 1 full mechanic to lvl 3, and have enough stuff left over to full set 2 or 3 more mechs

I think you can get the true ending if you're playing the Story Mode as i remember, but not completely, there might be a locked door for which you need a decoder from Doc but you need to be playing the Story Mode for that

The door leads to the secret Monolith base and after that you can see the legendary GENERATORS

Still i'm not 100% sure

Guys, do you know how can i get Russian voices and English subtitles at the same time in Clear Sky?

@finite dragon Boi you need to move as so to move around them or if you've got good protection like a SEVA suit or a SSP suit you can walk nearly casualy into them with no damage or the damage reduced but in fact you cannot do anything with them except interact with them by walking or throwing a bolt into them. Click 6 on your keyboard and you'll get a bolt which you can throw in front of yourself to check for anomalies if you can't spot them by eye

Not sure which anomoly your talking about atm, but for the most part if your playing vanilla the dmg from anomolies isnt really that bad, at least not compared to CoM or the misery mod which im used to just getting 1 shot if you touch anything xd.

Well, IIRC artifacts arent even worth that much to sell,
I just had to look up all the artifacts and originally I was going to say get the gravitational artifacts that upgrade weight limit.. but apparently I havnt played SoC in a long time. as thats only in clear sky and CoP.
Best artifacts would probably be Soul/MeatChunk/Mica/Moonlight
Yeah there gonna debuff you a little but soul gives you 600% Health, and meat chunk gives you 400%, Mica drops your bleeding but as far as I remember tbh it felt like I died faster when I had less bleeding, someone can correct me on that, but it potentially was a different artifact that made bleeding higher. I certainly remember taking more dmg if I wasnt able to bleed tho with that artifact. would have to retest is wether thats a bug or intentional or if im making that up (I promise I do rememeber it being that way though)
Moonlight is also pretty good for the endurance, I mean I would certainly want that. Personally im a hoarder and hoard everything, so im not usually full kit assualt only with just nessesities, I like to grab everything.

Kinda odd that artifacts are "WORTH A SMALL FORTUNE" but you cant even buy an assualt rifle with the money you get from one. in my CoM I cranked everything up, most guns cost like 40k for a decent assualt rifle, and I upped the cost of artifacts by alot. Jellyfish would be worth something like 90k (k = thousand)

@finite dragon In late games and middle parts of all the games there are anomalies that you need in fact jump into to move forward with the story but i won't spoil you more fun

Have fun and indeed you need to avoid the anomalies whenever possible

And relativiely speaking there are special paths to get no damage from the anomalies in some major places with anomaly fields

And while playing you will get used on to how to avoid them and in the late game when you will have the best stuff i guess you just won't care about running into the anomaly

I do remember seeing pictures of the real life exclusion zone that looks similar to the area of dark valley.

@forest zenith Stealth has always been an incredibly difficult thing to pull off. Especially if you for example save the game and reload, since the enemies either remember your position from when you got caught if you did, or they change direction and can seem to see through walls for a half a second, its always been very finnicky even in SHoC (shadow of chernobyl.) Hopefully this is something they will change with Stalker2
