Look up the videos on youtube (the youtuber is STRIFER) but in a nutshell: more extensive weapon customization than any game out there (more optics and other parts), animation quality is some of the best of any FPS game (more detailed than AAA games even), picture-in-picture optics, more accurate recoil which goes hand in hand with the animations, and other less related changes

More options doesn't always mean better gameplay, sometimes it just clutters and slows down the pacing of the game below what is intended. Games simplify things for a reason. It's hard to draw a line between immersive realism features and fun gameplay, but that's designer's job 😃
