#Can someone help me pick parts for a PC?

My budget is $1000, I'm from NA, and the PC would be used for gaming and editing. Games I'd run are Rust, War Thunder, CS:GO (maybe CS2), etc. Budget would not include peripherals maybe beside a monitor if needed. Currently have a ASUS VG245H 75hz and idk if I would need a 144hz monitor.
