niece touched the remote now tis not responding, it was working just fine before. remotes still lighting up, jsut no change any ideas?

Did you try the top middle button to toggle between remote/motherboard control?

i had to fiddle with my rgb and support a bit... one issue they mentioned is that sometimes white lights at full brightness can mess with the rgb controller... to fix, do a hard restart and while the lights are still booting, change to a non white and lower brightness
you should always restart first before asking for tech support 😛

so restart again... as it's booting, spam the remote to a diff color

for me the problem was the RGB controller doesn't like white lights at full brightness...
during a shutdown and powering back up you have a window where the rgb controller is responsive

the PC runs like a dream otherwise, gta 5 is super smooth

fyi... the white lights at full brightness cause it to get locked at orange
(so if your niece was playing with it, she may have set it to that)
