What's a good way to deal with these two in mid game, while your going for aviation.

you can't always stop both of them with aviation
put platforms and go for 4 thor and 8 vertex rest cyclonea
put walls bunkers and rocket towers too in order not to get the base to die
when alligators attack use cyclones to tank damage while vertex kill to help the platforms
but try to engage from the sides of the alligators line in order not to get all the gators to fire the AA or your air will die easily
thor for jcp, using Thor for alligators will be a waste

If someone uses Alligators under the Chameleon cloud.... a cyclone or 2 to support your OP Vikings will be more than enough.
